Children & Youth Ministries
(CYMS)

Pastors Perry Moss, Jr. and Dr. Belinda Moss encourage all members of Soteria Christian Center International to bring their children to church so that they too can receive teaching on the Word of God.  Visitors are encouraged to participate as well.  Children and Youth Ministry implements Christian education programs, holiday activities, discipline, safety and special events for children.  This ministry is committed to stressing the application of God's Word in every aspect of the lives of children and young adults.  Emphasis is based upon the Word of God, the teachings of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and the anointing, declarations, meditation and obedience.  Practice and application will be given to praying, laying on of hands, praising and giving thanks to God.

Soteria Christian Center International intends to provide biblical instruction for children ages 6 weeks to 18 years of age.  Our objective goes beyond the realm of moral standards.  There is nothing on earth more important than the spiritual conversion of a child.  This ministry will work with parents and teachers to bring about a wholehearted spiritual conversion to the lordship of Jesus Christ.  Further, we will help children and youth develop wisdom, knowledge, and a biblical world-view.  Soteria Christian Center International is committed to services and products that strengthen Christian educators in teaching and developing students with a Christian world-view of excellence.  For the greater call of God in Christ Jesus, we are committed to a policy of non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national or ethnic origin. All volunteers assisting in CYMS are required to pass a criminal records and background check.
